Hi! welcome to my business website. My name is Hilda Mercedes. I am a management consultant that focus on compliance, project management, and strategic advice. I identify organizational challenges, gather and analyze information, and develop and implement solutions. I'm a proud U.S. Army veteran. I have over 10 years of experience in compliance administration and have extensive knowledge of USDOT federal regulations including 14 and 49 CFR.
In the past, I served as the civil rights administrator for several public transportation agencies. Currently, I serve as a reviewer for FTA Triennial Comprehensive Oversight Review Technical Assistance Program.
